Recipe: Blueberry Green Tea Smoothie

This smoothie is not just delicious and energizing, it is also full of antioxidants.

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 ½ cup green tea (chilled)

  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tbsp. hemp protein powder

  • ½ tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds


DIRECTIONS:


  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
