You can boost smoothies even further, by adding Apple Cider Vinegar to the mix. ACV can give you access to a wide range of benefits that can have far reaching effects for days to come. Here I share a few recipes for you to enjoy.

Most people are aware that apple cider vinegar has a multitude of benefits that can help you to achieve health goals and help cleanse the body, but very few realize that there are several ways of drinking it other than in a glass of water. Smoothies are a great way of enjoying a tasty drink while taking advantage of the benefits ACV has to offer.

Getting Ready Tips

For ease and cost effectiveness, these recipes call for frozen fruit. While fresh fruit can be used, frozen fruit can be stored longer and add a nice icy texture to your smoothies.

Most smaller fruit will go into a container with ease. Cut bananas into slices or pieces for quick easy portioning. For larger fruit like watermelon, simply cut it up and freeze it.

  • Blend a whole Frozen Banana

  • 1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries

  • 1/2 Cup of Yogurt (Coconut, Greek or Regular)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup of Milk (Almond, Coconut, Oat, Hemp)
