These Potent Foods Can Help You Combat Diseases

Updated: Mar 13, 2020

Most of the health problems and diseases that millions of people are suffering from these days can be traced to their poor diet. In the US, obesity has reached epidemic proportions. Diabetes statistics and healthcare costs have skyrocketed.

Hippocrates, the famous Greek physician who is known as the ‘Father of medicine’, once said, “'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.' This statement holds true till today.

Just like exercise, your diet is a form of alternative medicine too. We often don’t think about it as such, but the reality is that when you eat a dish that contains garlic, it will have beneficial effects in your body.

The garlic has anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. It’ll also lower your blood pressure and help to regulate your blood sugar levels. If you consume garlic often, it’ll reduce your buildup of bad cholesterol and prevent cancer too. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many other health benefits from this vegetable.

I am a living proof of the powerful effects of foods and how they can help restore and repair our bodies. I was guided in a dream by a Holy Angel (Yep! An Angel) to change the way I was eating. He was standing embracing a basket of fruits and vegetables. He extended his arms and said to me "This is what you need to eat." I couldn't understand why GOD was sending me this message and why would HE suggest for me to change the foods I was consuming. Almost a year later I was diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer metastasis to the bone.

I was in excruciating pain for months, going back and forth to my doctors. By the time we found out the breast cancer I suffered in 2010 had come back, my hip bone was severely damaged. I was not a candidate for hip replacement due to the condition of my bone and the size of the cancer mass. I was then bound to a walker and wheelchair, unable to pick up my Twin baby girls nor be fully involved with my college kids activities. My routine jogs within nature was a thing of the past and I had a short life expectancy.

After being taken in arms by my lovely husband to the ER and advised by the doctors that things were only expected to get worse, the thought of leaving my babies, my college kids (daughter and son) and my husband due to my illness was far beyond a wake up call. I went home determined to listen and follow the message I was given by GOD through the Angel. I changed my eating habits and today I enjoy great health. I am no longer bound to a walker. I am able to pick up my girls and even run.

GOD has provided within nature foods that contain properties that are great for fighting disease and strengthening your body.
